  • Santa Clara County—up 15 % to $1.33 million
  • San Mateo County—up 12.1% to $1.63 million in San Mateo County
  • Alameda County—up 12.1% to $975,000 in Alameda County

Median sale prices for a Bay Area:

  • $1.1 million in October 2020
  • Up 3.8% from September 2020
  • Up 17% from October 2019

Median sale prices for a Bay Area condo in October:

  • $740,000
  • Down 1.3% from September 2020
  • Up 3.5% year over year

Overall Bay Area home sales:

  • Up 1.5% from September 2020
  • Up 18.9% year over year

Median price per square foot paid for an existing single-family home in the Bay Area:

 

  • $613 in October 2020
  • $584 in September 2020
