- Alameda County—up 12.1% to $975,000 in Alameda County

- $1.1 million in October 2020
- Up 3.8% from September 2020
- Up 17% from October 2019
Median sale prices for a Bay Area condo in October:
- $740,000
- Down 1.3% from September 2020
- Up 3.5% year over year
Overall Bay Area home sales:
- Up 1.5% from September 2020
- Up 18.9% year over year
Median price per square foot paid for an existing single-family home in the Bay Area:
- $613 in October 2020
- $584 in September 2020
- $541 last October 2019
