  • Alameda County—up 12.1% to $975,000 in Alameda County

  • Up 3.8% from September 2020
  • Up 17% from October 2019

  • $740,000
  • Down 1.3% from September 2020

  • Up 1.5% from September 2020
  • Up 18.9% year over year
